Elves 

Physical Appearance

• Elves have pointed ears which are usually close to two inches longer than a human’s ears. If ever they are in the ‘world of men’ they hide these with magic. 
• Brightly colored eyes are usually an attribute as well. If they are too noticeable, these are hidden as well with magic. 
• Elves are also taller than usual, slender and exceptionally graceful, seeming to be moving through water rather than walking. 

Magick

• Teleportation, used to get in and out of Tezharizna mostly. 
• Elves can read minds, though they are strict in this practice and use it only at the utmost important times. They can also erase certain memories, used if a human ever finds something they shouldn’t have found. 
• The fair folk exceed in healing, though strangely this magic does not work on themselves. If they get hurt another elf must heal them, as their magic falls dead on their own skin. 
• Elves seem to be gifted with battle techniques i.e. archery, swordsmanship and fighting, though they are a peaceful race. 
• Conjuring items, including food and drink. 

Special notes

• Elves only ever take ONE mate. Once an elf has chosen their mate, that is the only person they can ever and will ever be with and they wouldn’t have it any other way. They are bonded with that person until eternity comes. Cheating does not happen in the elven race and adultery is unheard of. 
• Elves ALL live in Tezharizna. The only two who leave on a regular basis are the Princes, and well, they’ve always been noted as having screws lose for that reason.
